- Definitions
“New Thirdfort Client” means a client who (1) has not purchased any Thirdfort Services previously either from Thirdfort directly or via one of Thirdfort’s partners listed on https://www.thirdfort.com/terms/partners/ and (2) registers with Thirdfort via Searches UK during the Sign-up Period.
“Offer End Date” means 23:59 on 31 May 2022.
“Sign-up Period” means the period starting from 00:01 on 3 May 2022 and ending at 23:59 on 31 May 2022.
“Thirdfort“, “we“, “us” or “our” means Thirdfort Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company registration number 10757456 and whose registered office is Belle House, Platform 1 Victoria Station, London, SW1V 1JT.
“Thirdfort ID Checks” means any ID checks on individuals and source of funds checks provided by Thirdfort available via Searches UK.
“Thirdfort Professional EULA” means Professional End User Licence Agreement available on https://www.thirdfort.com/terms/professional-eula/
“Thirdfort Services” means any services provided by Thirdfort.
- How The Offer works
The offer entitles any New Thirdfort Client to an overall maximum of 10 free Thirdfort ID Checks from the moment they sign up with Thirdfort via Searches UK until Offer End Date (the “Offer”).
To be eligible for the Offer, a New Thirdfort Client must complete their sign-up with Thirdfort via Searches UK within the Sign-up Period.
- Availability
This Offer is available to New Thirdfort Clients who agree to the Thirdfort Professional EULA during the Sign-up Period.
- Applying the offer and ongoing charges
Thirdfort ID Checks initiated before Offer End Date will be free of charge. The Offer will apply to a total of 10 checks for each New Thirdfort Client.
Once the Offer End Date has passed and a New Thirdfort Client continues to use Thirdfort Services, they will be charged in accordance with Thirdfort’s regular pricing and terms on an ongoing basis.
- General
Thirdfort reserves the right to:
- withdraw, amend or substitute the Offer at any time without prior notice in its entire discretion; and
- exclude a New Thirdfort Client from the Offer at any time if there is evidence of fraud, impropriety or breaches of applicable legislation or these terms.
This Offer is subject to and to be read in conjunction with the Professional EULA for New Thirdfort Clients who sign up via Searches UK.
