Landmark Flood

Landmark Flood

Landmark provides environmental and other location-based risk information to the residential and commercial property sectors in England, Wales and Scotland.

Originally known as Homecheck Flood this report has been improved and relaunched as Landmark Flood. High Risk reports receive an assessment of a qualified Flood Risk Consultant rather than relying on data alone to inform whether a report has a Further Action outcome, reducing the number of false positives that are flagged and meaning more Passed reports.

Flood report offers a desktop analysis of flood risk, taking into consideration flood defences and insurability.

This report examines sources of flood risk such as river, coastal, surface and groundwater, complete with an online map viewer that explores the risks in further detail.

The Landmark Flood report complies with the relevant Law Society practice notes on flood risk in property transactions.
