Groundsure Planning
Groundsure Planning Search
The Groundsure Planning Search is a redesigned report with new features and an improved layout and clear design that makes navigation easier for conveyancers and solicitors.
The report uses Land Registry polygons for accurate site boundaries and includes such data as air quality management areas and modelled data, neighbourhood information and planning restrictions such as listed buildings and building conservation areas. The complete planning information it provides enables a client to make an informed decision on property.
