Groundsure Floodview is a comprehensive flood risk search for commercial properties. It includes a fully interpreted flood-risk assessment and a view on the likely availability of flood risk insurance for the property.
The report uses a detailed water and drainage risk model to provide detail on all potential flood hazards, including surface water, groundwater and tidal and rival flooding, with each hazard indicated on separate maps for easy reference.
