Future Climate Info (FCI) delivers professional insights and practical solutions to remove environmental risk from property transactions.

The Flood Report uses the latest flood modelling to highlight flood risk areas and insurability, analysing the key risks including rivers, coastal, surface and groundwater, historic flooding and flood storage areas.
In addition, the Flood Report now includes JBA’s five-metre groundwater flood data, which indicates the risk of flooding in every five-metre square across the country. This data offers a greater level of detail to allow more specific reporting using a simple traffic light system. Using the JBA groundwater data ensures FCI continues to provide the most complete and accurate data in the market.
