HM Land Registry Webinar – Requisitions and Local Land Charges

In this webinar, Customer Delivery Manager Leanne Wright will provide an update on the Programme’s progress to date. HM Land Registry is transforming Local Land Charges (LLC) searches by consolidating local authority registers into a single centralised digital service. This online service eliminates local variations in price, speed and format for LLC service users and provides a standardised service across England and Wales.
The service is now live with 105 local authorities’ local land charges data, with many more still to come.

Following this, Customer Training Executive Martin Smith will present practical tips on how to avoid the most common requisitions.

There will be an opportunity to ask experienced senior HM Land Registry caseworkers questions on the content covered during a live Q&A session at the end of the presentation.
