Property Professionals Lunch
Our quarterly lunch gives all property professionals in the Sussex region the opportunity to mingle with peers and like-minded people in a warm, friendly and relaxed atmosphere to discuss new ideas and create fresh business opportunities.
There is a guest speaker each quarter and a chance to enter our prize draw for just £10 (minimum) to raise money for the Rockinghorse Children’s Charity which helps improve the lives of children who are seriously ill in Sussex.
We are pleased to announce our guest speaker for our next lunch is:
Leanne Wright, Stakeholder Engagement Manager from HM Land Registry
Leanne, will discuss the Future of Conveyancing.
The fascinating presentation will cover the HMLR Digital Street initiative, digital mortgages and the use of Blockchain technologies.

Starter – Porc et Pistachio Pate Fig chutney, pain de campagn
Main Course – Chicken Dijon Pommes mousseline, and jus roti

Main Course – Gnocchi a la nicoise sautéed gnocchi and spring vegetables with fresh herbs and vegan style parmesan

Pescatarian Menu
Starter – Springs Smoked Salmon and Cress Tartare,Roasted red peppers, green olive coulis and Altamura
Main Course – Gnocchi A La Nicoise (VG) Sautéed gnocchi and spring vegetables with fresh herbs and vegan style Parmesan
Dessert – Chocolate Brownie

What To Expect:
12.00 pm - Networking Reception and Welcome Drinks
12.55am - Guests will be advised to sit down for lunch
1.00 pm – Welcome Guests and starters are served
Approx. 1.20 pm – Starters cleared, Ryan from Rockinghorse will organise Heads & Tails for Prize Draw
Approx. 1.30 pm – Mains will be served
Approx. 1.50 pm – Spokesperson to Present
Approx. 2.10 pm mains cleared once presentation is finished
Approx. 2.30pm – Desserts will be served
Approx. 3.00 - 5.30 - Post Lunch Networking in Ridgeview dining room
